Program Overview

An insight-oriented, art-based therapeutic group designed to help teens explore areas of challenge in their lives and problem-solve ways to overcome them with support of a therapist and their peers.

When

Beginning October 20th
Every Tuesday, 6:00–7:20 PM for 10 weeks

Cost

$800 for all 10 sessions, which includes art materials and snacks. Payment due before the group begins. This is a closed group, meaning members can not join after the group begins.

Curriculum

Weeks 1–3: My Life Now — Creating a collage representing their current life and exploring themes that emerge.

Weeks 4–6: The Life I Want — Creating a collage representing the life they want to build.

Weeks 7–8: My Story — Sharing and discussing collages as a group, making connections between them, and receiving peer support, if desired.

Weeks 9–10: Moving Forward — Developing a personalized cognitive and behavioral plan to work toward the life they want to live
