Eric is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist providing in-person therapy. Eric works with couples, families, college students, young adults, and individuals navigating concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, identity development, stress, communication difficulties, and relationship challenges.
Eric's work often focuses on trauma, interpersonal patterns, and relational concerns. Specifically, his goal is to create a safe, caring, and nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, their relationships, and the experiences that have shaped them. Eric welcomes clients from a wide range of backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences, including those who are simply looking for support, clarity, and meaningful change.
Eric's clinical approach is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and the understanding that people are shaped by biological, psychological, social, and relational factors. He has several years of experience in community mental health, where he supported clients working through trauma, acute life crises, substance use and addictive behaviors, mood disorders, and complex stressors.
Starting therapy can feel uncertain, especially for people who are new to the process or who have had negative experiences in the past. Eric aims to provide a respectful, grounded space where clients can feel heard without judgment. I am available weekday evenings at The Nexus Station in Davis.
