I’m passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, stress, shame, and life transitions, while also acknowledging the profound impact of systemic oppression and harmful social narratives on mental health and well-being. I work with people of all ages who may feel unseen, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I also hold space for those unlearning body oppression, tending to disordered eating and honoring the wisdom in survival. At the heart of my work is a relational, person-centered approach. I integrate somatic and mindfulness-based practices, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive, affirming therapy.
My practice is rooted in the belief that healing is both personal and collective, shaped not only by our inner worlds but also by the external forces we move through. Together, we’ll challenge internalized narratives, reconnect with your strengths, and explore possibilities for reclaiming agency and self-compassion in ways that honor your lived experience.
If you’re seeking a space where your full humanity is welcome and where the work of healing is done with care, curiosity, and respect for the complex realities of your life, I would be honored to connect with you
