At Nexus Station, I work with older teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, eating concerns, trauma, and relationship challenges. I also support couples who want to strengthen their communication, work through conflict, and feel more connected in their relationship.
My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to help you uncover your strengths and discover new ways forward. Together, we’ll take a closer look at your life experiences and relationships, strengthen your sense of self, and find healthier ways to cope so you can feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and others.
I also recognize that sitting face-to-face and talking isn’t always the easiest way to open up. That’s why I offer the option of weaving meaningful activities into our sessions—like walking in nature, art-making, yoga, or gardening. Therapy doesn’t have to look just one way, and I want to create a space that feels comfortable and right for you.
Currently, I offer in-person sessions, with the option to move to virtual sessions once we’ve established a strong therapeutic foundation together.
