This 4-week small-group clinic helps teen athletes build confidence, improve focus, and handle pressure in competition.

Athletes learn practical mental tools they can use immediately — before games, during tough moments, and after mistakes.

This is a skills-based clinic designed to support performance, confidence, and enjoyment of sport.
